Good

It’s very close to jungceylon and bangla street. Apart from that the food in White patong is good . Rooms are pretty big . You’ll have a comfortable stay because there is no club or pubs near the hotel . So it’s a quiet environment

The air-con in my room is very bad . Even after serving it’s still not cold . Staff at reception is kinda reserved type not so friendly. And they don’t have check out allowance time. Normally other hotels will give time till 1p.m or even 2p.m but where else here is on the dot they’ll chase you out by 12p.m . No lift so you have to climb stairs:

Okay

Good position. Staff helpfull with tour information which can be bought at the hotell. Cleaning was satifactory.

Room 25 smells of damp. I complained and changed room after a few days but that room needs renovation and should be closed. None of the rooms have a window except the more expensive room. Pictures that show rooms with windows are from the more expensive room.

Cleaning staff was excellent Ken was the best waiter reception staff not good at all location was excellent girl at reception was terrible would kick her out of her job ill mannerd no skill with tourists

The location was perfect just off the main strip and close to the beach, had basic facilities

The food was not very nice at all, and the shower was cold most of the time.

Clean and amazing location

The people that the hotel worked with, especially in front of the door, dit he motor guy, and the tattoo guy from next door gave me a hostile feeling everytime i passed them, Such a shame for Such a Nice hostel

The hotel has no Credit card payment facility. The room is good and cleanness is not standard. Towels are old one. No lift at all.

GREAT location - nice room for the price! Room was clean but a little outdated!

Hotel was old and outdated (needs an upgrade) - Beds were extremely hard (this seems to be the trend throughout Thialand) - sheets were not that clean (stained and worn) - NO ELEVATOR (if staying on 4th or 5th floor than good luck if you have luggage) - Busy street with lots of traffic (request higher floor for less noise but you will have to pack luggage up stairs! No pool!

No window, no coffee/tea/refreshments. Very small room. The room was on 3rd floor without a lift. Entrance of the building was stinking of massage oils.

They shifted me in the adjascent building which do not have lift, no house keeping staff for lifting the luggage, AC was awful, bathroom was so small

1-A/C not working. 2-Staff are not interested in guests. 3-There is no lift in the hotel. 4- I agreed with an employee in the evening time that tomorrow I would be late to leave the hotel and I was ready to pay the fees,But I am surprised by the morning employee asking me to get out on time, which made me about 4 hours until the plane's date and I am homeless

Housekeeping standards

The attitude of the receptionist called Joy, she charged us when we arrived but it turns out we had already paid. She wouldn’t give us a refund, had to get provider to call. Then she said we couldn’t have a late checkout, the next day another member of staff said it was ok. Also we asked about the pool we could use at another accomadation, she said there wasn’t one, on their room info it said there was a pool, we asked later the same day and another member of staff told us where it was. As a hotel manager myself I’d lose my job and my staff would lose their jobs if we treated our guests the way she treated us! It really did put a dampener on the holiday

The location was perfect, massage right infront of the hotel, food shops are just few steps away. Night life from bars and clubs are like 2mns walking distance. Shopping mall is just behind the hotel and the beach is 10 mns away. The wifi was perfect even in the rooms.

I read all the reviews before booking in the hotel and knew about the noise at night that won't make you sleep and there is no lift and you'll have to take the stairs. I was really okay with all of that and won't complain about them, but the experience l had was far worse than a noisy night or a stairs to climb. First me and my wife arrived very late on the 25th of jan because of my flight timming. l was given a room in the opposite building to the main reception number 78 l think. It was the worst room l had in my life too small and smelly. Stains all over the room on the wall on the ceiling in the bathroom. You don't have a bath or a standing-shower, you just open the door and literally have a shower on the bathroom floor. Tiny flying insects everywhere. We were shocked we called the reception guy and told him this is not the room we saw on booking, he was like l don't know what pictures are on booking, but you can have your money back and leave if you want. Unfortunately it ws late at night and l couldn't find any rooms in Patong so l had to take the room. I tried to live with it and thought this could not ruin my vacation, until the next day when we came back from the beach and found two cockroaches running around inside the room. I called the reception l was really frustrated they came over and changed the room to another one in the same building but differnt floor. It was bigger, cleaner same bathroom but it had some spiders and 1000 ant walking on the ceiling. I called the reception again and asked if l can have a room without any insects if possible. Finally we were given a room in the main building looks like the one we saw on booking, and we were okay with it. If you want to stay in the this hotel don't ever and l mean ever take a room in the opposite building it was the worst night l had in a hotel my whole life.
